Lead Times

Every piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. From the moment you place your order, here's roughly what to expect:

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated timeline.

Production begins

Your piece enters the queue — printing, assembly, finishing, and clear-coating. This is where the weeks go.

Packed & dispatched

Once complete, your piece is carefully packed for safe transit and handed to the courier. You'll receive tracking details.

Delivered

UK orders typically arrive within a few days of dispatch. European orders may take a little longer depending on destination.

Total lead time: approximately 2–4 weeks from order to dispatch, depending on the piece and current queue. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Packed With Care

These aren't small items — a coffee table is a large, sculptural piece that needs proper protection in transit. Every order is individually packed to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left the workshop.

As part of our quality assurance process, every finished piece is photographed and video-recorded before dispatch. This documents the exact condition your piece leaves in — giving both you and us a clear record and full peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds

Because every Icyl piece is made to order — printed, assembled, and hand-finished specifically for your order — we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Each piece requires weeks of materials and labour that cannot be recovered once production begins.

We understand that's a commitment, which is why we take quality and packaging so seriously. Every piece is documented before it leaves the workshop so there is a clear record of its condition at dispatch.

If your piece is damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with photos. Every order is fully insured during shipping, and we will handle the courier insurance claim on your behalf to get the situation resolved. We're on your side — we want your piece to arrive perfectly, and we'll fight that corner for you.

UK shipping for coffee tables is a fixed flat rate. European shipping is quoted per order at checkout, as costs vary by destination. For smaller items and custom commissions, shipping is always quoted per order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your piece is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Do you ship outside the UK and Europe?

Not as standard right now, but we're working on it. If you're further afield, reach out and we'll see what we can do.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
